My progress was lost

Game progress is saved locally on your device. If you reinstalled the app or cleared app data, your progress may have been reset. We recommend completing levels sequentially to rebuild your progress.

How do I remove ads?

You can remove ads by purchasing the "Remove Ads" option from the in-game store, if available. This is a one-time purchase that permanently removes banner and interstitial ads.

The game is stuck on a level

Each of the 35 levels is designed to be challenging but solvable. Try adjusting your aim angle and power. Some levels require precise timing with moving targets.

I was charged but didn't receive my purchase

Please wait a few minutes and restart the game. If the item still hasn't appeared, check your Google Play purchase history. If the charge is confirmed, contact us with your order ID and we will resolve it.

How do I request data deletion?
